Producer (Radio & TV)

Executive Assistant
Responsibilities:
Works closely with Pastor Rae, maintaining schedule and assists her in the various capacities in which she operates (i.e. Rachael Watson Ministries, Word & Spirit Worship Center, 2nd Timothy 2:15 School of Ministry, Despico International Ministries) and assigned various tasks associated with these activities.
Newsletter Editor
Responsibilities:
Preparation, management, distribution of newsletter and solictation of new recipients of the newsletter. Identifies potential ministries to be featured in Diadem, edits stories, formats newsletter, solicits new recipients for the distribution list, solicits new business advertisers.
Executive Administrator
Responsibilities:
Perform administrative, secretarial and data collection of RWM. Will create RWM databases and correspondences for mailing, also review email for responses and handle the scheduling of all events.
Marketing Representative
Responsibilities:
Development, implemention, management and oversight of marketing strategies for RWM activities.
Resource Network Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Development, management, solicitation, maintenance of all aspects fo resources network to include: Performing Artists, Authors, etc.
